Brickell is Miami's modern heart — a skyline of ambition, a grid of motion. Parkside sits within that rhythm and answers it with a quieter proposition. Eight stories. Low, deliberate, horizontal. A frame of planted balconies and warm timber softens the glass. The building reads less like a landmark than a neighbor.
Inside, 187 residences are delivered fully finished and fully furnished — an editorial package of Italkraft cabinetry, Bosch appliances, Kohler fixtures, and a curated furniture program. Studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms scaled to the way people actually live in Miami today. Short-term rentals are permitted.
