The architecture is by Kobi Karp, whose Miami portfolio has shaped three decades of the city's residential voice. For Parkside, the brief was restraint: a low-rise mass, carved balconies, a language of white concrete, planted greenery, and fine metalwork.

Interiors draw from the atelier tradition — Italkraft cabinetry crafted in Italy, quartz countertops and full-height backsplashes, Kohler plumbing fixtures throughout, Bosch appliances in every kitchen. A modern furniture package completes each residence.
